30-day returns on unopened products

If a product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Ring 1300 950 551 before returning so the right person is expecting it.

Opened or partially used products

Coatings, primers, adhesives and sealers that have been opened cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. Once the seal is broken the product cannot be resold. If the product is faulty or not as described, Australian Consumer Law applies regardless of whether it's been opened.

Faulty or incorrect products

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what was ordered, ring 1300 950 551 immediately. Sand-Aid will arrange a replacement or full refund including any return freight costs. This applies to all products regardless of whether they've been opened.

Australian Consumer Law

All products sold by Sand-Aid come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Consumers are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

How to return

• Ring 1300 950 551 to arrange the return before sending anything.
• Pack the product in its original packaging. If the original box is damaged, use equivalent protection.
• Drop off at 6 Sara Street, Toronto NSW 2283 during business hours (Mon-Fri 7am-4pm), or arrange freight on the call.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Machines and equipment

Machines ordered in on request are subject to the manufacturer's return and warranty policy. Ring before ordering for the specific terms on the machine you need.
